We're back — and we're Kiro

Welcome to Kiro

An Arch-based Linux distribution, without the setup.

ArcoLinux brought you here. Kiro is where the journey continues — same hands, same teacher, same love for Arch, now built for the community from the ground up.

20 Using the code from others to change your i3 look – i3 blocks

You can find many configuration files or dot files out there on the net for i3.

You can use some of these files to improve your i3 settings.

Google : "github i3 config" and you will find dozens of people sharing their config.

That is how you learn by reading other people's config and taking what you like and want and discarding what you do not like.

In this case one of our user Najib Bennani has changed the original i3blocks to become more colorful.

I will show you what to do if you like his setup. It is the procedure that is important. You can do similar actions with other githubs out there.

We will use his configuration on github.
